THE PROCESS
I will be set up and painting for the duration of your cocktail hour and reception (Or however long you have booked me for). My assistant will take photos of guests as they come up and guests have the option to either watch me paint or they can go dance the night away. After each portrait is completed within around a 7-minute time frame, they will be packaged in a clear plastic sleeve for protection. The portrait will be laid out on my table and the guests can retrieve their portrait whenever they would like throughout the night!
Any remaining portraits at the end of the night will be taken home with me to be finished in my studio. I will finish and mail the rest of the portraits to the couple and recommend they send them to guests via Thank You cards!

Snap Photos
As couples come up to me, my assistant will take pictures of couples/guests as I am painting portraits. I spend about 7 minutes per couple (I typically do 1-4 people per portrait)

Paint Portraits
I will paint each portrait and as I finish, I place them in a clear, plastic sleeve and lay them on the table! Guests are free to grab them as soon or as late as they would like throughout the night.

Remaining Portraits
Any remaining portraits at the end of the night will be taken home with me. I will finish them in my studio and mail them to the couple who can then send the remaining portraits to their guests.

It takes me around 7 minutes per portraits for a pair! I can include 1-4 people per portrait and depending on how many people are included, the time varies more or less than 7 minutes.

Throughout the night, I will be taking pictures of every guest who would like a portrait. If the event ends before all guests receive a portrait, I will complete the remaining portraits in my studio! The completed portraits will be sent to you 2-3 weeks after your wedding. I would recommend sending them to guests in Thank You cards.

The portraits are on premier 5×7” watercolor paper.

First, we will confirm I am available on your wedding day. Then we will schedule an introductory meeting to go over logistics where you will learn more about me and vice versa! If you would like to move forward, you will be sent a proposal and a contract. Once I receive the signed contract and the deposit, your wedding will be booked and your date secured on my calendar!

While my setup is easy and simple, we will let the venue know I will need to arrive around around an hour before the designated time your have booked me (This is typically before the cocktail hour). I will additionally need to be located in a position to adequately paint.

Yes, the initial deposit is $250. Once the deposit and the signed contract are received, your wedding will be booked and the dates confirmed on my calendar :)
