Live Wedding Painting
Live wedding painting is sure to be an entertainment piece your guests will never forget. This live and interactive experience starts before the wedding begins and continues on for the entire duration of the ceremony and reception.
Throughout the day/evening everyone will be able to witness this interactive form of entertainment as the couple is being painted. I even get as many guests as possible to paint along with me so all your loved ones have a piece in making this forever keepsake.

The Process
Each bride and groom is different and each wedding varies which is part of the fun! This mean the process varies for each couple but the general process can be understood below. Additional logistics will be figured out with each couple as to what specifically they want painted and then who to deliver the painting to the following week.

ARRIVE
I will arrive to the venue 3-4 hours before the ceremony begins (I am happy to work and correspond with the venue). At this time I will begin to paint the background.

SNAP PHOTOS
When the happy couple arrives to the location they want painted, I will very discreetly snag a few photos. I will use these as references for the rest of the night.

PAINT AWAY
With the background complete, and the reference photos in hand, I will paint the night away and guests can come watch or even paint along with me!

First, we will confirm I am available on your wedding day. Then we will schedule an introductory meeting to go over logistics where you will learn more about me and vice versa! If you would like to move forward, you will be sent a proposal and a contract. Once I receive the signed contract and the deposit, your wedding will be booked and your date secured on my calendar!

While my setup is easy and simple, we will let the venue know I will need to arrive around 4 hours early to paint the background. I will additionally need to be located in a position to adequately paint.

Prices vary depending on the canvas size picked but the options include: 16×20, 20x24, 24x30, or 30x40. During the introductory meeting where we will go over logistics, we can discuss what size and options are best for you.

I use acrylic paint and use a varnish to seal the painting before giving it to the couple.

I am currently located in Northern Colorado and yes! I would love to travel to your wedding.

The painting will be given to the couple or a designated representative the week after the wedding. Following the wedding, I will be making final touches and will put a varnish on as well so for best results, I deliver the painting the week following the wedding.

Yes, the initial deposit is $250. Once the deposit and the signed contract are received, your wedding will be booked and the dates confirmed on my calendar :)
